COUNTY CHAMPS:
Congratulations to our senior team who captured their 7th county title in a row and a 21st for the club. They defeated Tuam Stars by 0-11 to 0-8 in the replayed county final in Tuam Stadium on Sunday. The team was captained by Micheál Lundy and the man of the match award went to Ronan Steede. Well done to all involved in this great victory. Thanks as ever to our great supporters who braved the inclement weather to support the team. Thanks also to Corofin Athletics Club who rescheduled the starts of their Corofin Loops road races to facilitate supporters travelling to the game.
We send best wishes to our senior team who play Ballintubber in the Connacht semi-final in Tuam Stadium at 2.00 pm on Sunday. Referee for the game will be Eamon O’Grady of Leitrim.

JUNIOR FINAL:

The Junior C county final in which we were scheduled to play Killannin was postponed on Saturday. Details of the re-fixture will be posted as soon as they becomes available.

UNDERAGE:
Our game against Oranmore-Maree in under 16 division 1A has been fixed for Saturday at 3.00 pm in Caherlistrane.

Well done to our under 10 boys who formed a guard of honour as the teams came onto the pitch at the county final. They also played their Tuam Stars counterparts at half time in the game.
